Volunteer Opportunities at the Arlington Heights Historical Society and Museum are Plentiful!
The Volunteer opportunities at the Arlington Heights Historical Society and Museum have something for everyone. If you have an interest in history, then being on one of the advisory committees for Müller House or Banta House may lead you to researching furnishings needed for the homes along with preservation and funding issues. Maybe you love informing and educating others about the history of our complex, then tour guiding may be right for you. All of our tours are given by volunteers, and we are always in need of enthusiastic guides. Volunteer in the the Local History Library organize printed materials and help people research Arlington Heights history. Other options are working at Special Events such as House Walk, Irish Fest or our tea programs.
If any of these areas pique your interest, please call the Arlington Heights Historical Society and Museum at 847-255-1225 and speak with Carol Frieburg.
